Rivian

Rivian is a new car manufacturer focused on electric vehicles. The company was founded in 2009 by Robert Rivian, who is also the CEO. Rivian's first product is the R1T, an all-electric pickup truck. The R1T is designed for off-road and adventure driving, with a range of 400 miles and a 0-60 mph time of 3 seconds. Rivian is also developing the R1S, an all-electric SUV. Both the R1T and R1S are scheduled to go on sale in 2020. Rivian has raised over $1 billion in funding, including investments from Amazon and Ford.
